A very early and rare Polaroid photograph of Bloomington Indiana firefighters in the bay at old fire headquarters. You can see the fingerprints as the photo was handled by the men before it solidified.
Left to right. James Lawson, Noble Henderson, seated unknown, Hank Wankier,
Merle Hill, standing near pump is Sam Hueston, seated behind pumper is Harold " Lefty" Deckard and future fire chief Richard Gose. Many of the photos hanging in the bay now hang at the new HQ.
