Vibrant colours and lively metalwork at the historic old Smithfield Market in London--this was an unexpected find on a Sunday stroll. The market is closed on the weekends but opens for business during the week at--wait for it!--2:00 a.m. This means the workers hit the pub for lunch and a pint around 7:00 a.m. Apparently, the pubs in the area have a special license to sell alcohol that early because of the hours the market workers keep.
