2856 elevator operator at the Banco do Brasil

I saw a few buildings with old-fashioned elevators. I didn't work out how this one worked exactly since we only went to the second floor.

 

Most business in the city and almost all apartment complexes have a security guard due to the serious violent crime here. The security at banks is especially heavy.
