easy bento dinner

A really easy, healthy dinner. I cut chicken into thick slices and sauteed them in teriyaki sauce. The greens are Chinese broccoli- I oversteamed them a bit, so they're not as crisp as I prefer, but still yummy. I sprinkled a little teriyaki on them as well. The rice is sweet or sticky rice, with Japanese seasoning (furikake: salt, strips of seaweed, and toasted sesame seeds). The plan was to have leftover for a bento lunch, but I'm not sure that there will be that much left! I'm very happy with how everything came out, and it's nice to COOK a meal again.
