Kilburn Grange Cinema
My submission to Flickr Commons: Kilburn Grange cinema (1914-1975) on the corner of Kilburn High Street and Messina Avenue. The cinema is showing 'Passions of Men' among others. A film called "The Passions of Men" was made in 1914, the same year Kilburn Grange Cinema opened, but another film by that name, starring Lya de Putti and also known as 'Claire' was made in the 1920s. As pointed out by a commenter below, the fashions on display in the photo are later than 1920s.
Consider this as having a CC0 license, ie no copyright restrictions, which is what the cultural organisations participating in the Commons give to the majority of their posted photos. I have no idea who the original photographer was - any ideas welcome!
