These are very strange times...I think it's good to be real about how it is. Though often I have a sense of unreality, it's happened so fast. With some health issues (nothing normally life threatening) I'm now staying at home. It's not yet very different to daily life. I try to stay calm. Sometimes I'm afraid. Sometimes I cry. Sometimes I forget and then remember (there's a jolt in that :-) Sometimes I just have to laugh! And there's comfort (and distraction) in nature, in being here, on a planet that will continue to travel around the sun.
