Stranger #20
We met Lawrence when my kids and I were skipping rocks down by the river. He was walking his dog, Sophie Ellis, who has her own facebook page. We talked about a few random things including when he used to shoot with Kodachrome.
He started to leave but came back holding some bark. He told a story about sycamore trees. He said each tree had a number of elves that lived in it. They write the story of the tree on the bark and when they finished the story, the bark would peel off.
He left saying "Maybe it's just an urban legend."
Interesting guy.
