Stranger #11 - Jacob
Jacob was waiting outside a food cart. I'm not sure if he was working there or not. He was actually fairly eager to have the picture taken. For some reason he ran off about 10 feet and struck this pose. I like how confident he looks.
I wanted to get a picture of the lady inside the cart/stall as well. She was African and had some really interesting scars that appeared intentional/decorative across her eyebrows. She said she wasn't ready for a photograph because it was so early in the morning.
