Stranger #41

Talked to these gentlemen for a bit. They are retired and smoke their cigarettes and drink their coffee there every morning. We discussed the weather and the latest hail storm. I now know that normally bad storms break around Portland because of the hills. The hail storm was the worst storm they could recall for the area. This gentleman was hand rolling cigarettes.
