CT vs. MRI - cyst in sinus maxillaris

the cyst looks smaller on the CT scan. wonder if it actually got smaller, or if that's because of that being a CT scan, not an MRI. i really dont know.

sorry, dont have a sagittal CT slice nor a... errr... what's front called again? well, i dont have an MRI slice from "up front" either.
