Switch mount
I realized I didn't need some complicated rail thing. I could use a piece of drawer inverted to sit on top of the power tray. Notched out the sides for power drops, there's enough room for two ethernet switches. Cut the tray in half at the end of the switch tray and fix the terminal board in place, this solves being able to pull the PSU out of the back!
