Weird Rainbow

This is a circumzenithal arc. These are not commonly seen this low down in the northern hemisphere and require very specific weather conditions, they are also very brief and transient in nature. They can be quite common but most people just don't notice them. At the time I was taking a break from laying some decking and was laying down looking up when it appeared. It was much brighter than the image above but by the time 'd got my phone out to photograph it it had started to fade. From bright to gone was less than 10 seconds.
