Deskjet 952C
I bought this printer back in 2000, I think. I had just quit my job to start freelancing, and figured I should have something to print up proposals, etc. I didn't have much money, so I hawked an engagement ring that I didn't need and for some reason had been holding on to. It was enough to get me started again.
The printer has served us well, though my brief stint as a free-lancer, but more importantly thought one bachelor's degree and two master's degrees. It had of late developed a crick in its print train, something no swapping of cartridges was going to fix. After having it take up space on our desk for months, we finally decided to give it the heave-ho.
We'll be waiting until we get our new PC to get a new printer to go with it. Hopefully, the new PC will happen over the course of the summer. The printer should be a Laserjet 1022nw.
