Trash at a Transitway stop

This is a major stop on Mackenzie, just across from the Rideau Center, against the Department of National Defence HQ. Every morning it is covered with a pile of flith and trash. Disgusting. No one seems to care.

 

At the same time, just try to find a garbage bin. Even if you wanted to do the right thing, you would be hard pressed to do so. Depressing.
