Slow food in Pau

The chef, or one of the chefs at the Slow Food lunch in Pau. At the event chefs give there time and efforts to cook using local foods at a special lunch organised by Slow Food in France. All the food is given freely and the the entrance monies go to charity, This is held once every other year. Just a great day and some wonderful foods.
