Near the famous U Bein bridge all eye are on the amazing bridge, the huge teak bridge built over 200 years ago an great photographic challenge. But if you look out form the bridge you will see a number of men up to their necks in the waters. They are fishermen, and all day they will fish while standing shoulder deep in the waters around the bridge. I asked my guide if they were able to make a lot of money doing this but sadly no, maybe 3 - 4 US$ / day.
