Capbreton - WW2 Reminder

Capbreton, just to the North of Biarritz, is just a fantastic beach and major centre for surfing. But there in the middle of the beach are these WW2 defences...I assume the dunes they were built on have been eroded over the years and they now stand or lie marooned on the beach. Quite an amazing sight. They are full of sand and seawater now.
