And you wonder what the heck is PBT, don't you? Well, it’s and acronym for Pepperoni and Bacon Toast. And yes, I made it up or otherwise the whole title would read “Homemade Pepperoni and Bacon Toast (Pizza Style) with Spring Salad on Lemon Tarragon Dressing” (sweat). Anyways, I made it for dinner tonight and it turned out pretty sexhay. Well, enjoy.
