Standing out
Lovely multiple exposure/merger of my friend 25th Level Wizard (www.flickr.com/photos/28686323@N04/)
In this photo I was standing on the bottom part of a lamp post (about .75 meters off the ground), with my left arm wrapped around the pole and my right arm bracing the camera against the light post. All the time trying to keep the camera still as he moved to many locations for the multiple shots.
I processed it in many different ways but I thought he stood out more here. And I like how the eyes don't really show..adds to the mystery though typically I'd want the eyes clearly visible.
I'm pleased with how it turned out, but I also plan on doing another version where the figure in the middle isn't masked.
EDIT: wow, I'm pretty impressed with myself that I got such steady shots with 1/40th second shutter while hanging on for dear life.. (ok, I'm exaggerating there!)
