Strobist: Softbox camera right and about 45deg pointing down. Canon 430ex fired with a Gadget infinity wireless trigger behind and pointing towards his back to get the rim light on his right cheek. Beam narrowed (can't remember how much) to limit the light. Reflector held by model to camera left for some fill in (especially on the eyes).
My front door is the backdrop.
