A beautiful gift

This photo symbolizes a very dark but beautiful period in my life, after which I could walk back into the light again.
Dark, because on January 21st I nearly lost my life due to a heart infarct. The larger half of my heart was fully blocked and when I entered hospital my temperature had dropped to 34 degrees Celcius.
Beautiful, because during that period several people were fighting for my life and I think that is the most beautiful gift a person can get.
I took this photo on one of the first walks after leaving hospital. I would have loved to get the beautiful girl a bit larger in the frame (I loved her hair waving in the wind) but at the time all I could do was keep up with her, not to catch up with her. So, it was a bit of a difficult shot as both of us were on the move. Even if the girl had not been there I would have taken a photo anyway because I think the diffused light and colors in the top of the trees is absolutely beautiful. Yet another gift that I received.
