Memory lane

I had some doubts taking this photo in b&w, because the tractor is bright red and the tree behind it is already in autumn colors. Ole Husby has a photo of the same tractor in full color and that one is fully restored. See www.flickr.com/photos/khianti/8728398575 The one on my photo is still in active use.

 

In the background you can see an upward sloping hill. I fought many battles on those grounds as a kid. We used corn cobs for hand grenades and corn stalks for guns. Throats sore at the end of the day from yelling! In those days these types of tractors were common. Nowadays of the 700 to 900 C115's produced, just about 300 are still around.
