Welcome Drink

Invented in Lima by an American bartender in the 1920s, the Pisco Sour has become part of Peru's popular culture. The drink is created from a cocktail of Peruvian pisco, lemon juice, a sweet syrup, crushed ice, egg white, and Angostura bitters.
