I love hummus, however it is far to expensive in the store for the amount that you get in a package. So I tried making, and not only was it ridiculously easy, it was far cheaper. Today is a before and after.

 

The setup is my 50 mm, and my speedlite, along with two sheets of white poster paper. I like the results, but a little tweaking of the setup should result in better commercial work. Ill post a setup shot shortly.
