Nice recipe from Steven Raichlen!! Great Chicken Wings with a nice cheese sauce and an amazing marinade. Did make some changes from the original recipe, but hey,... I've to eat it. :-)
Always nice to see the Big Green Egg generate some smoke. Especially the smell of it.
