Hills of Ireland
I figured this would be a fun way to start your Thursday – a “guess where this was taken” post. I’ll update the post & comment section with the answer this afternoon around 4-5PM EST – guesses welcomed until then! A hint – it’s probably not where you’re expecting :)
EDIT – 4:25PM EST: This photo was taken at the Irish Hunger Memorial in downtown New York City, near Battery Park. Totally random encounter during a walk with my buddy James Robilotta, and if you can believe it, there is a skyscraper directly to the right of the image, and a port to board ships at the top end of Battery Park to the left of it. I deliberately processed the image how I’d imagine the Ireland coast must look like…hopefully it triggers something for those who have been there!
In any event – this challenge probably won’t happen often, but I thought it would be a fun idea. Thanks to those of you who gave it a shot!
Feedback & advice much appreciated.
