Lance-Leaf Coreopsis on the Prairie Trail

Some of the volunteers and park staff at Brazos Bend State Park had mentioned seeing these interesting yellow flowers on the Prairie Trail in the park. One of the other volunteers and I went out and found this, and I looked it up in my little wildflower guide. Based on its description, I believe this is a lance-leaf coreopsis.
