Demonstrative Prairie Dog

This prairie dog at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park spent a lot of its time running from burrow to burrow and rising up on its haunches and squeaking. I have no idea what it was trying to do, maybe a territorial display, a mating display, or something similar.
