Near the Turnaround on the South Kaibab Trail

A little farther down the trail from here is a potty where hikers can do their business and take a rest before deciding whether to continue on down into the canyon or return to the South Rim. The turnaround marks the halfway point of the most popular day hike in the Grand Canyon.
