Survey

We called the cops and when they arrived, they surveyed the situation only to realize they should call the fire department...very smart considering we told them there was a fire.

 

Though most likely an ongoing prank by kids who like to see the bottles explode, the burning of a recycling bin could also be interpreted as a statement against the ecologically minded folk who go too far. ;) The cops have yet to catch them.
