I wonder if one day

I will see the sea . . .

will I fly over cliffs

and beaches

and then far away

or is it my destiny

to live inland maybe

scrounging food from humans

and in fields possibly

many seem to not like me

I'm sorry but this is true

but what have I done I wonder

for I am a wild creature

please have patience
