I wanted to show her thoughts as a cloud (as is done in comic strips with speech bubbles).
The clouds moved fast that day. Many unsuitable ones passed overhead until finally this particular one moved in and positioned itself just right for the shot. Sometimes I get lucky like that :-)
The reason for taking the photo: I love the quiet contentment of her expression - a deep inner happiness.
