The Summoning Of The Soul Hoarder (Brickvention Collab 2019)

The Shadow Triad have assembled an army of orcs and goblins and are readying themselves for war. It is believed they are assembling in the nearby city of Windpeak, a city known to be crawling with thieves and robbers.

Arakoth and some of the Realms best men head towards Windpeak, to see if these rumors are indeed true. Little do these adventurers know, something else is rising, something sinister. Screams of fear fill the streets, citizens run towards the gates as our noble adventurers rush towards the heart of the city. The main courtyard of Windpeak has been converted into a summoning ground, blood red circles and ancient writing cover the cobblestone, and three dark mages stand above it, reciting an ancient incantation. Suddenly with flashes of blood red light a towering monster emerges. The Soul Hoarder has been reborn, freed from its hellish prison. Arakoth and the adventurers ready themselves for battle. Fear flashes across Arakoths face, this terrible monster has been brought forth into the overworld and he had no idea how to stop it… but he and his party have been through many impossible challenges and together they can defeat this horrible monster. Arakoth let out a battle cry as the party attacked in full force!

Our Annual Brickvention Collaborative build for this year is here. Built by Myself and Eli (E.B.)

So for those of you who don't know Eli and myself build one half of this diorama each. We build on opposite sides of Australia and then bring this MOC together in Melbourne for Brickvention. We have been doing this now for 7 years and man it's good fun!

This year I really wanted to focus on mixing a Bionicle into a system MOC, I love making both Bionicle and System stuff, so it was nice to mix the two into one Diorama for once.

This MOC ended up winning 2nd Best in Show at Brickvention 2019

Also be sure to check out Eli's stuff, you can find him here: www.flickr.com/photos/elis_photostream/
