The now former Imagination Station on Beaumont Fee in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

 

Built in 1912 for J A Cox, designed by the architect H H Dunn. It was originally the City Sale Room; from 1935 Joseph Cox, used as a auctioneer estate agent; 1975-80s? J H Todd Office Supplies (Todson House); 1993 Old School House Club; 1997-1999 Cafe Rouge restaurant; 2000-2011 Big Wok restaurant. The south part of building damaged by fire in March 2003. The southern wide entrance was originally for carts with stables to rear.

 

It is now the site of Iconic student accommodation alongside the adjacent former St Martins Parish Hall and former Elementary Boys School.
