JH Walter Estate Agents located in a former Baptist Chapel, at 1 Mint Lane, Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
Built for the Particular Baptists in 1870 by architects Drury and Mortimer, builders Barnes and Wright at a cost of £1400. Grey brick front with arched windows. Foundation corner stones laid on 18 August 1870 by Henry Barnes and Ald C Doughty JP, with the first service 9 February 1871. Monks Road Baptist Church was an outstation of this church. A burial ground lay to the rear (west). The chapel closed in 1978. Since 1983 it has been the location of JH Walters estate agents.
