Red-dress girl at the dunes

Last spring, my friends and I were treated to not one but two crazy sandstorms at Death Valley National Park. This was in the aftermath of one of them, when the winds were settling down but there was still a ton of particulates hanging in the air.

 

Anyway, to the red-dress girl: I'm pretty sure another photographer was shooting her from much, much closer, but I couldn't resist getting her photo with the compression of the dunes and mountains from my telephoto lens.
