Dealing with lens flare while shooting in infrared is serious biz, and it took some serious contortion to keep the setting sun's glare off my front element during this sunset (even with my lens hood). I don't remember exactly what was required, but it involved me partly hanging over a railing while holding my backpack in the air for 20 seconds. And about 5 attempts.
And cursing. Lots of cursing.
