Mum, nan and I spend the morning in Lincoln. We have breakfast in Stokes and the only other woman nearby spends the entire time staring unnervingly at me. I miss two buses I meant to catch, then catch the third to Rose's house, where we spend the afternoon and evening celebrating her 19th. There are bubbles, bouncy balls and I win pass the parcel, and spend a while building a wooden dinosaur. We walk to the pub for drinks and end up singing karaoke songs for hours. I spend the night at Thomas's.
