Yummy in My Tummy
Satay Beehoon (沙爹米粉).
I had this for dinner. It was delicious....but as is the case with all yummy food, so very bad for my cholestrol level. LOL!
The best part of this tantalising dish is the generous dollop of the smooth peanut sauce. The peanut sauce is similar to the one served with satay (sticks of barbecued meat), thus the name satay beehoon.
