Sunlight Through Smoke

I was woken up every hour on the half-hour between half-three and half-six until seven AM on Saturday morning by the youngest group of six 7-10-year-olds. Saturday night I spent around 3/4 of an hour hiding in one of the bathrooms with one of my friends waiting until two of the leaders got back from Tesco to see their reaction to a prank that we had absolutly nothing to do with (okay, so I did supply 90% of the materials and draw the faces but I was only following orders). I was woken this morning at 7 on the dot by the youngest group of Brownies again. I smell of smoke, I got very little revision done, I feel shattered, and still I feel better than I have in a long time. It is amazing what a weekend away from everything, surrounded by 26 amazing people, and full of good food and even better laughter can do for one's sanity.
Did you know that the patent for the fire hydrant was destroyed in a fire?
