This screen shows how you must progress through a sample of the basic training elements to move on in the game.

 

It does give a sense of the basic training that a soldier must go through, and at the same time builds up your familiarity with the game controls.

 

As you can see, I am ready to undergo MOUT training - which is essentially 'kill house' training.
