Concept: extensible- compressible. For this preliminary sketch model at 1:200 I started with the idea of curving walls that compress and release the space within and surrounding the complex. One of the walls is more flexible in character. Ideally I would like this wall to respond to people as they pass by along the walkway extending from the narrow streets to the larger street.
