The Camel Estuary, Cornwall
It was a beautiful sunny day when I visited Padstow in north Cornwall with one of my grandsons, and we walked alongside the Camel Estuary towards the sea. There are several golden sandy beaches along either side of the estuary, and I only wish we had had time to stay longer. In the distance on the right is Trebetherick, with Polzeath beyond. Padstow Bay is in the centre, beyond the headlands.
