glimpse of light on the peaks of geislergruppe as seen from the peak of seceda.
possibly one the heaviest hikes I ever had to make. because of unfavorable timetable of seceda lift (last ride down long before golden hour :( ) I undertook a climb from praplan parking all the way up to seceda with my 15kg backpack. it is normally a pleasant, even if partially steep ascent on a summer day, but with operating ski slopes and partially melting patches of snow this proved to be quite a daunting experience. and obviously because of 1.5 hour for ascent (with the last 0.5 hour between the dense trees) I couldn't really enjoy it to the very last sunrays, otherwise I'd have a fair chance of breaking my legs on icy trail in pitch black forest at the bottom of the ascent.
but yeah... totally worth it. one of a kind experience, and also a great feeling to pull it off at 45.
