Telenet horror continued

14 hours later when I try to surf again I get this Telenet page stating that I reached my limit and I need to buy extra blocks or switch over to smallband. But when I hit either of the two buttons I get this error:

Als dit probleem aanhoudt, contacteer dan de Telenet Klantendienst.
