This is my 1 test shot using a new bit of diy kit - A hanger rail as an adjustable overhead softbox.

 

Strobist info - Spoons lit from an overhead softbox by a canon 430ez on 1/4 power. Material slung around the camera to minimise reflections - Note to self - Give in a use the light tent!
