For Sale: Small Cottage on the Hill, Magnificent Views

This one wasn't for sale, but I did find a few really nice hillside homes on the left of the bridge for sale on Zillow, when I was so excited about this northern Oregon town that I contemplated retiring there. (Rainfall for 75% of the year turned me off). It was a nice sunny day when I drove through this past May, however.
