Adventures in Roof Repair

Inside the house, our daughter noticed some signs of a leak near the peak of the ceiling. I climbed onto the roof but couldn't find it at first. Then I saw what looked like a small crack at the edge of the lead flashing around the chimney. When I lifted the lead skirt, I found a sizable crack that required a surprising amount of filler to patch.
