Longniddry Wreck

Having arrived too late and the tide being too high on my trip North on Friday I made sure my return journey was better timed, stopping only at Longniddry I was just in time to catch the Sea subsuming the wreck.

This wreck as been on my hit list for a while now, first brought to my attention by Neet who in turn probably saw it in Gavin Dunbar or again Rod Goodwin's photostream (Rod Goodwin again!! bugger has all the best stuff to point his camera at!) Thanks

Thats the last of my posts from my wee roadtrip, the purpose of which was to attend the book launch of 'This Shrinking Land' by Robert Duck. A book whose front cover adorns one of my early photographs, and an author (and geologist) who presented a bloody good lecture to support the book launch on coastal erosion.
