International video conference on 8th of May 2009

The first e-Parliament Election Index, produced by Professor Steve Fish (Bottom Far Right picture) of the University of California (Berkeley), together with a group of scholars from around the world, was officially launched in an international video conference on 8th of May 2009 with participants in Delhi, Johannesburg, London, Brussels and San Francisco.
